Moderator@raguraman-mWindows 10 has a built-in system maintenance feature that automatically schedules maintenance activities to run on your computer. But if you encounter any performance issues in your Windows PC, you can run this system maintenance manually.
How to run system maintenance on Windows 10?
Go to Control Panel > System and Security > Security and Maintenance.
Select Maintenance. It will expand and display maintenance options. Click on Start maintenance.
Note: Before you run system maintenance, please make sure to save and close any open files or programs.
