Convert your protected PDF to an unprotected PDF by first converting it into an XPS format and then converting it back to PDF.
Alternatively, you can directly view the PDF using a PDF viewer (most open-source PDF readers) that ignores all DRM restrictions and save it as a PDF.
Also, if you have Calibre installed, you can quickly remove all the DRM restrictions.
