By default, whenever you connect an Android device to a power source—whether it’s a USB wall charger, a computer, or a wireless charging pad—the device emits a distinct chime and briefly vibrates. Disable Charging Sounds and Vibration
To stop the operating system from triggering audio files and haptic feedback in response to power state changes, you must modify the granular system sound settings.
- Open the main Settings app on your Android smartphone.
- Scroll down and tap on Sound & vibration.
- Scroll down towards the bottom of the menu. (On some devices, such as Samsung Galaxy phones, you may need to tap on System sound or an Advanced sub-menu to reveal the specific toggles).
