How to Stop Automatic Driver Updates

  1. Press the Windows key and type Advanced system settings. Open it.
  2. Click the Hardware tab at the top.
  3. Click the Device Installation Settings button.
  4. Select No (your device might not work as expected).
  5. Click Save Changes.
