How to Drag, Drop, and Reorder Checklist Items in Google Keep

When you dump a chaotic stream of consciousness into a Google Keep checklist, the initial chronological order of the items is rarely the mathematically optimal sequence for execution. Deleting items and manually retyping them at the top of the list to establish a hierarchy is a catastrophic waste of time. To force the Google Keep engine to instantly recalculate the vertical geometry of your checklist, you must utilize the native drag-and-drop protocol.
