How to Share an iCloud Calendar with Non-Apple Users

Sharing an iCloud calendar is easy if the recipient uses an iPhone or Mac. But if they use an Android device or Google Calendar, you have to create a public link.

How to Share via Public Link

  1. Open the Calendar app on your iPhone or Mac.
  2. Tap the Calendars button at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Tap the ‘i’ icon next to the calendar you want to share.
  4. Toggle on Public Calendar and tap Share Link to send it to the non-Apple user.
