When you scroll through your camera roll in the iPhone Photos app, videos and Live Photos play automatically. This can be distracting and drain your battery.
How to Stop Autoplay
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
- Scroll down and tap on Photos.
- Scroll to the “Photos Tab” section.
- Toggle off the switch for Auto-Play Videos and Live Photos. Videos will now only play when you tap on them.
