When you utilize a Google Keep checklist for recurring workflows (like a weekly grocery matrix or a daily server maintenance protocol), completing items mathematically moves them to the bottom of the list. Over time, this completed sub-list becomes bloated, consuming visual space and corrupting the core data structure. To force the Google Keep engine to execute a mass deletion and instantly vaporize all checked items simultaneously, you must utilize the global list control menu.
Locating the List Control Architecture
Google Keep possesses a specialized command designed specifically for list sanitization, but it is hidden within the secondary note menu to prevent accidental execution.
- Open the Google Keep application on your mobile device or desktop browser.
- Locate your bloated checklist note and tap or click to open it completely.
- Look at the absolute bottom of the note interface. Locate the Menu icon (it visually resembles three vertical dots).

Executing the Mass Deletion Vector
