How to Clear Apple TV Cache
Apple TV does not have a “Clear Cache” button. You must force close the app or reinstall it.
- Force Close: Double-click the TV/Control Center button on your Siri Remote to open the app switcher. Swipe up on the crashing app to force it closed, then reopen it.
- Reinstall: If force closing fails, highlight the app on the home screen, press and hold the clickpad center until the app jiggles, press the Play/Pause button, and select Delete. Then, redownload it from the App Store.
