How to Export Apple Contacts to a CSV File Without iCloud

If you don’t use iCloud, or if you just want a local backup of your iPhone contacts to import into Excel or Google Contacts, you can export them directly using a built-in feature.

How to Export Contacts to CSV

1. Open the Contacts app on your iPhone.
2. Tap Lists in the top left corner.
3. Press and hold on the list you want to export (e.g., “All Contacts”).
4. Select Export and choose the fields you want to include, then save the file to your Files app or email it to yourself.
