How to Delete a Blank Page in Google Docs That Won’t Go Away

A stubborn blank page at the end of a Google Doc usually happens because of hidden formatting marks, such as page breaks or excessive empty paragraph spaces.

How to Delete the Blank Page

  1. Scroll to the blank page.
  2. Click at the very end of the document.
  3. Press the Backspace or Delete key repeatedly to remove hidden paragraph spaces.
  4. If that fails, check your margins. Go to File > Page Setup and slightly reduce the bottom margin.
