Google Drive is excellent for collaboration, but sharing folders with clients who do not have Google accounts requires specific settings to ensure they can access the files without logging in.

How to Share with External Clients

  1. Right-click the folder in Google Drive and select Share.
  2. Under “General access,” click the dropdown menu and change it from Restricted to Anyone with the link.
  3. Choose their role (Viewer, Commenter, or Editor).
  4. Click Copy link and send it to your client.
